Great Post, These tips can really help build a very effective and efficient team. I really like that part that you discussed about embracing diversity. Living in lower mainland, you see nothing but diversity. This can lead to misunderstanding within teams as people in the team can very different backgrounds. Embracing diversity is a must for any team to succeeded.

ReplyDeleteI strongly agree that responsibility, motivation, and understanding are some of the key elements needed for a successful team.
ReplyDeleteHaving target goals is really vital for teamwork, and contribution of equal effort. Has anyone ever failed a project because participants have unequal contribution?
ReplyDeleteI absolutely agree that contribution should be set as a target goal when put in a team environment. Contributing the work makes completing a task unexceptional easier, faster, and less stressing.
