ReplyDeleteConflict happens when two or more contradictory perspectives haven’t been agreed on, but it’s not necessarily a bad thing.
DeleteIn fact, when handled well, conflict forces us to be creative problem-solvers, to avoid mistakes, and to learn how to benefit from our differences, all while challenging us to broaden our skills.
If the bad things, asking yourself what the problems are. you should have confident with yourself to solve the problems step by step.
I agree that conflict may possibly not be a bad thing. The best way to deal with conflict in a team is to divert it into criticism and improve the problems. Sometimes the best ideas sprout from the negative feedback.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you, conflict is not necessarily a bad thing. No team is perfect and conflict exists in most workplaces, however it could lead to a discovery of great ideas if handle properly. Teams need to listen to each others criticism and not take it personally.
